True Citizens of the Kingdom of God. By Pastor Osvaldo and Adriana Ripoll

Like to belong and be accepted by the King?. First read this beautiful passage located in the book of Matthew chapter eighteen, making it so carefully and paying close attention to each verse, since this depends on to understand how to care for the salvation of the soul for whom the Lord had paid with their blood for each of us.

23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. 24 And he had begun to reckon, one was brought who owed him ten thousand talents. 25 But as he could not pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife and children and all that he had, that he should pay the debt. 26 The servant therefore fell down before him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. 27 The lord of that servant was moved with compassion, released him, and forgave him the debt. 28 But that servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii, and seizing him, her throat, saying, Pay me what you owe me. 29 So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. 30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt. 31 his fellow servants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed and went and told their master everything that had happened. 32 Then his lord said to him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave you all that debt because you begged me. 33 Should not you have had mercy on your fellow servant, as I had pity on thee? 34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due. 35 So also my heavenly Father will do to you if you from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

From what we can read clearly understand that in heaven there is a realm which has a governing Sovereign, the King possesses a vast mercy but this does not mean do whatever he wants to his servants or citizens but delivers justice due to unconditional love.

The rules and regulations of this kingdom are clear and the Lord has advanced some through the Scriptures. The knowledge of your great love and mercy we often leads believers and non-believers to think, erroneously, that in the end God always going to accept in heaven. It is more than obvious in these lines that the Almighty works in great mercy, forgiving many sins we have committed but demands the same way that we do the same with our neighbor.

Repeatedly in the course of our lives, especially after suffering a situation "allegedly" unfair, we become our brother judges calling it a fair and exemplary penance. We do stand firmly on our ego and discarding the fundamental teaching of Christ who is born again, this means death to the "I" so that Our Lord live in us. We require the screams and violently and justified by our arguments that we pay the debt of "honor we deserve to be straight and have never failed", usually this happens to us after spending time in the Gospel and believe us perfect and without stain on our own merits and not by the Lord Jesus Christ. This attitude leads not only to require punishment for another but to take the matter into our hands and many times begin counting as res judicata, the whole congregation in the form of gossip the brother wrongdoing in question. Resulting kings, when in fact we are mere servants.
To see and understand this attitude of our hearts the true and only King understands that no two leaders within their domains so take decisive action regarding this uprising which brings sowing unrest and disobedience in their village. The selfish deserter is sent to jail and the Almighty ordered the executioners to take charge of it.
We should be clear from all this that we as children of God we are subject to its laws and rules and not ours that are worthless because they are born of a deceitful heart which proudly led us in times when we were away from the Truth and Salvation of our soul. Of all the things the Lord has forgiven us of the Kingdom, what right have we to another brother if we look in the mirror of the Word of God?

It's time to live as true Christians putting eyes on the sky and watching the Salvation of our souls, knowing that our God loves us with great love and made crown of His creation, for which Jesus has prepared a home for each one of us in the Kingdom of Heaven. We run the good race to occupy that place is reserved and not provoke the justice of God.

God bless you, Pastor Osvaldo Ripoll.
